Above and Beyond Tree Service was established in 2005 by Geoff Mongeon.
Geoff is a licensed arborist, who owns and operates the business based in Smithfield, RI. Geoff has been involved in tree work for over 25 years and is educated and proficient in all phases of tree care. In addition, Geoff graduated from Bryant University with an Accounting degree and worked for several years as a business professional. He has a great understanding of customer service and fully utilizes his professional talents within his tree service.

Phil Donahue

Phil is a Rhode Island Licensed Arborist who started working at Above & Beyond Tree Service in 2011 as a ground person. He quickly worked his way up to crew foreman. Through his years of service, Phil has excelled in many positions and is a true team player. He lives by the company’s motto and truly goes above and beyond for each and every customer.
Owen Geoffrey

RI Licensed Arborist # 1218
Owen is a Rhode Island Licensed Arborist and came to Above & Beyond Tree Service in 2016 with some prior tree work experience. His passion is climbing and is the by far the best climber to ever work at Above & Beyond Tree Service. Whether it is done by climbing or an aerial lift, Owen excels at technical rigging and large removals.
Victor Gonzalez
LEAD GROUND PERSON
Vic has been with Above & Beyond Tree Service since 2012. Like many others, he started as a ground person and quickly proved to be a valuable asset to the company. He is phenomenal at operating the stump grinder and skidsteer. In addition, he excels at ornamental tree trimming and is very thorough with jobsite cleaning.
JEFF LAWRENCE
SALES MANAGER

Jeff is a Rhode Island Licensed Arborist who started working at Above & Beyond TreeService in 2016 as a ground person and is now our current Sales Manager. His quick wit, passion of the industry and knowledge of tree care make him the perfect fit for this role. In addition to his Arborist License, Jeff has a Degree from the University of Rhode Island in Wildlife Conservation Biology. As most customers will attest to, Jeff’s friendly personality and honest and fair tree assessments make him a pleasure to work with during any portion of your project.
