This letter is to express our satisfaction with the service you provided in shaping and pruning our white pines. It was an enormous undertaking involving many pines and taking two days to complete. Included was our pride Japanese Maple Tree which sustained damage last winter. You carefully pruned and supported the branches.

Geoff, you lived up to your reputation for being knowledgeable diligent and left the premises neat and clean. You are indeed a professional.

Dear skinny Geoff,

I’m sorry I didn’t email you sooner but I’m sure you know how life can get very busy. I want to thank you for doing such a wonderful job cutting down the trees in my back yard. I couldn’t believe how you were able to take down the elm without touching even a leaf on the azaleas nearby.!!!! If the trees weren’t gone I wouldn’t have known that you had been there! I am grateful too because you were able to knock down that big tree that was leaning on the oak. Members of my family had made bets with each other about how long it would take to fall down. I think I would have been looking at that thing and cussing it out for a long, long time. I will tell everybody I know to call you when they need work done. :o)

name as your work definitely met and exceeded my expectations. Thanks for
leaving the invoice and envelope. I will get a check in the mail to you
